In 1971 I had the opportunity to take over the family business, Holland Nursery, now Holland Landscape, Inc., the oldest landscape company in Tulsa founded in 1936.
Debi Studebaker, my girlfriend from Edison, and I were married in 1972.
I was one of the original founders of 'Up With Trees'.
I received my certification as the 78th Landscape Architect in Oklahoma.
I have been running Holland Landscape for 50 years and have no desire to retire.
Debi and I had 1 daughter and 4 sons. We have 12 grandchildren so far.
Besides hunting and fishing, I was a fast-pitch softball pitcher/coach for 25 years and coached little league baseball and soccer.
